The Beach Trip that Wasn't

Today, we decided to take an afternoon trip to the beach.
However, with only one way to get on and off the Island
we turned around before we even made it to the bridge.
We drove 45 minutes and ended where we started-home.
They played with their water table and we all enjoyed
some time outside.

Love Them A Lot

At Target today, an elderly gentleman, who look like he was using the cart to walk,
asked me what isle I got my children. I told him I picked them up throughout the store.
 He commented on A's red hair. I smiled and said thank you.
As he was walking away he said, "Make sure you love them a lot".
It is true, we all need a lot of loving.
"...God shows his love towards us in that while we were still sinners,
Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
I am thankful that Christ loved me a lot and I can show His
love to our children everyday!
